Multi-Generational Recreational/Aquatics Facility

Project: A multi-generational recreational and aquatics will serve as a vibrant community hub designed for all ages and lifestyles. It will feature a modern fitness center, on-site child care, wellness studios, and comfortable amenities that promote health, recreation, and connection.

This project is in its early design stage, and all renderings are conceptual and subject to change.

Recent Updates:

• Council direction solidified October 14, 2025.

• Design is currently in design development at 64,000 SF and taking all aquatics to

  outdoor.

• Key elements to include are and indoor / outdoor performance ramp, 100% outdoor

  aquatics, entry separation from fitness to aquatics, maximized seating in gym,

  creative elevations to tilt-wall possibly resulting in an outdoor patio and

  indoor/outdoor TRX.

• Council approved amendments to architecture and design services for the facility. View presentation here from the November 17, 2025 meeting.

Funding Source: 2023 Parks Bond

Timeline: Project construction to potentially begin Summer/Fall 2026.
